CargoSecurement.com is a static informational website with no user accounts, no backend database, and no server-side contact forms. This page describes what information is processed in connection with your visit.

Risk: low Last reviewed: Indexable

Overview

CargoSecurement.com is a static site — it serves pre-built HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files. There is no user registration, no login system, no comment system, and no server-side form processing built into the site itself.

Because the site is static, most data handling occurs at the hosting and infrastructure layer rather than at the application layer. This page explains what that means in practice.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. When you request a page, Cloudflare's infrastructure may process and log standard web request data — including your IP address, browser type, the URL you requested, the referring URL, and request timestamps.

This logging happens at the network and hosting level as part of normal web infrastructure operations. It is not controlled by CargoSecurement.com. For information about how Cloudflare processes request data, see Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

CargoSecurement.com does not have a server-side database and does not store visitor records.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect aggregate, anonymized traffic data — including pages visited, session counts, general geographic region (country or state), and referring source. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored by CargoSecurement.com as part of this process.

Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser as part of its standard operation. For details on how Google processes analytics data, see policies.google.com/privacy. If you use a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts, GA4 may not load.

The site does not set first-party tracking cookies beyond what Google Analytics requires. There are no advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or remarketing tags. Cloudflare may also set a technical cookie as part of its infrastructure and security functions — see Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ for details.

Information you send by email

The contact method for this site is email at [email protected]. If you email us, we will receive whatever information you include in the message. This is standard email and is not transmitted through a protected form — do not include sensitive personal information, confidential claim files, proprietary shipment data, or private identifying information in an initial contact email.

Email messages sent to this address are read by the site editor for the purpose of corrections, source updates, and editorial inquiries. We do not sell, share, or publish contact correspondence.

We retain email for as long as it is relevant to an ongoing correction or editorial matter, and then it is deleted at the editor's discretion.

Data requests and contact

Because this site does not collect personal data at the application level, there is no user account to delete and no personal data record to access or correct in a site database.

If you have questions about how Cloudflare processes hosting-level data, contact Cloudflare directly at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

If you have questions about this privacy page or about email correspondence you have sent to this site, contact [email protected].

Checklist

  • Do not include sensitive personal, financial, or claim data in an initial contact email.
  • Review Cloudflare's privacy policy for hosting-level data processing.
  • Use the corrections page for source or content accuracy reports.
